Real customers that are real people that come with their own priorities, distractions, complexities, feelings, and emotions, and it’s up to each and every one of those very real people whether or not you’re hitting the mark.
This is the essence of the phrase, "The most human solution wins." Regardless of how proficient or efficient you might be at thinking and making, it just doesn't matter if you're not connecting with real individuals.
Ultimately, we believe the only way to get there is to consistently place humans at the core of every step along the way. From research to ideation, testing, validation, making, publishing and measuring, each stage must be approached from the perspective of those you aim to reach or serve. And while that may sound straightforward, in the middle of technology challenges, market pressures, or resource constraints it's surprisingly easy to lose sight of this principle. And that is why we're here.
